Availability at Balgedie House

Please note, Balgedie House sleeps up to 12 guests, however we are able to accommodate up to 4 extra guests and up to 2 infants (under 2 years old and sleeping in cots) however this must be agreed when you make the booking and additional costs will be charged. All guests, regardless of age, must be listed on the booking form for insurance reasons.
